Dan is the owner of Atlanta Surface Masters, where he leads day-to-day operations and works directly with clients and project teams. His role combines strategic oversight with practical, on-site involvement, ensuring that every project meets high standards of craftsmanship while remaining operationally efficient. Under his leadership, the company prioritizes clear communication, reliable execution, and durable surface solutions designed for long-term value.
Before founding his own business, Dan served as Operations Manager at Atlanta Stone Creations for more than five years. In this role, he managed daily operations, refined internal processes, and supported scalable growth across multiple teams and projects. His work focused on improving consistency, reducing friction between departments, and strengthening overall project delivery.
Dan also served as Sales Operations Manager at Premier Surfaces, where he played a key role in aligning sales performance with operational capability. He worked closely with leadership and sales teams to improve workflows, accountability, and customer experience, helping bridge the gap between commercial goals and execution on the ground.
Earlier in his career, Dan spent nearly 14 years as General Manager at Pino Napoli Tile and Granite in Pompano Beach. During this long tenure, he oversaw all aspects of the business, including operations, sales, staffing, and client relationships. This period shaped his practical leadership style and provided a deep, end-to-end understanding of the stone and tile industry, from sourcing and fabrication to installation and customer service.
